Let's Find Your Next Home!

Hi, I'm Laura Gilley. Having lived in the Greater Washington Area for more than four decades, I consider myself a native Washingtonian. I moved to Potomac, Maryland, with my family in the early 1970s and I sold my first home in 1979. I am a REALTOR®, serving the real estate community for over 40 years, and I have been a consistent Top Producer helping to create memories for thousands of families over the past 4 decades. With a focus on the District of Columbia, Gaithersburg, Darnestown, Potomac, Bethesda, Kensington, Rockville, and Chevy Chase in Montgomery County, my keen market insight and experience is hard to match.
Whether you are buying or selling real estate in Maryland, Virginia or Washington, DC, it can also be interesting and fun! With my real estate expertise in gathering information to help you make proper decisions, the entire home buying or selling process can be fulfilled with the least amount of stress and frustration to you.
What makes me different from other agents with similar credentials and experience? I treat each client as a special individual. Your "wants and needs" are the most important agenda items and I promise to listen very carefully to you! After all, it is really about helping you achieve your real estate goals. I believe in real communication. When marketing your property, I will not simply place a sign in your yard and then disappear! You and I will determine the best means of communication (email, phone, text, or a combination), and I will report to you consistently, even if it is just to say, "Nothing new for now..."
I am never too busy to answer your calls and your questions and to explain and map out every detail of each step in the buying and selling process.
We both want to thank you for your professional approach in handling the advertising for the sale of our home in Potomac. Your special efforts with mailings were a real plus.
Throughout our search you encouraged us to keep looking and not to give up hope. You never pressured us and were just as intent in finding the perfect house as we were.
